Every token launched on Pons pays its creator a cut of every trade, forever: 70% of the 1% hook fee, plus a creator tax of up to 10% that the creator sets at launch. That is a cash flow written into Pons’s own contracts.
Osket turns one launch’s stream into 1,000,000 royalty shares. The vault that holds the stream cannot pass it on — Pons only lets the current recipient move it, and the vault has no function that does. Creators sell shares for ETH today. Holders collect the fees, and can take them as NVDA, SPY or another stock token.
A Pons launch, made through Osket in one transaction with a fresh vault as its fee recipient from block one. You pay Pons’s launch fee; every share is minted to you; you and the wallets you list are exempt from the snipe tax on your own launch.
creatorFeeRecipient. The curve, the graduated pool and the escrow all pay it from the first trade.Already earning? Pons lets the current recipient hand the stream on, once. Point it at a vault and it becomes royalty shares — and it can never be pointed anywhere else again.
transferCreatorFeeRecipient(token, vault). The page builds that transaction for you; Pons’s factory is the target, not Osket.Every vault the factory has bound, read from the chain: what Pons is holding for it, what it has harvested, what the creator has listed, and whether Pons’s owner has proposed moving the stream.

Shares you hold across every vault, what they have accrued, and the two ways to take it: the quote asset, or the vault’s stock token through a swap whose minimum you set yourself.

| Top streams by ETH paid to the creator. The top 10 took 52.0% of all ETH creator fees: a few launches earn almost everything, and a royalty share is worth exactly what its launch keeps trading. USDG-quoted pools paid another 65,977 USDG. | |||||
transferCreatorFeeRecipient reverts unless msg.sender is the current recipient. The vault is the recipient and has no code path that calls it._payOut credits the fee escrow; the vault’s harvest() claims it, takes 2% to a fixed treasury, and credits every share.sweepPoolFees and the curve’s sweepFees accept the recipient when no internal swap is needed; Pons’s operator handles the rest, into the same escrow.A 2-of-3 multisig, behind a public 3-day timelock, applied to unswept fees too. The page shows every proposal; the vault cannot stop it. What was already harvested stays with the holders.
About one launch in a hundred graduates, and the top 10 streams take 52.0% of the fees. A royalty share of a dead launch is worth nothing. The market prices that; Osket promises nothing.
Wash-trade, sell shares high, stop. Sale proceeds vest over 30 days and every fee sweep is on chain; buyers should read the history, not the pitch.
A share of someone else’s trading revenue. Not offered to persons in the United States or anywhere else it is not lawful. Nothing here is investment advice.
17 tests against mocks of the Pons contracts and 3 against the live ones, on a fork of chain 4663. Deploying is a choice for a human with a key, after an audit.
17 Solidity tests on the vault and factory against mocks, 3 more on a fork of the live chain through the real Pons contracts, 4 on the keeper. The deployment plan below was simulated against chain 4663 and not sent.
The factory pins Pons’s factory, escrow, hook and Uniswap’s SwapRouter02, and the deploy script refuses to sign unless Pons itself reports the same escrow and hook.
